Hi
I went over to the Bang table later on for a chat, about 23:00is but everyone went home!
Ops.. Sorry about that.
I've invited some people from The Farm, and they were already waiting for me at the front table! I felt I was rude no to sit with them. I had a great time last night on Paper Binge. See you!

Hi Abbie, thanks for getting in touch, I'd definitely be up for making some Hendrixesque music, it sounds like an intersting project. Would you be able to send me the animation via email, I've got a yousendit account so you can send me large files. I'll hopefully be down in Brighton in the next few weeks but it'd be cool to have a look at it before then.

All the best

Ben

Hi Abbie,

Yes, I am doing an eco animation at the moment, it's in extremely early stages right now though. I haven't started animating yet. It is for a company in Brighton and the owner is looking over some ideas of how he wants it to look etc....

What are you up to at the moment?

Hi Abbie, I've got a yousendit account so people can send me large files. If you go to http://dropbox.yousendit.com/ and then enter my email address (benbrockett@mail.com) you can upload it to me easily. The only problem might be that quicktime doesn't like avi's very much. If you could convert it into another format like MP4 (which would be smaller) , mpeg or .mov then that might help. Don't worry if you can't, send it across anyway and I'm sure I'll be able to find something on the net that will allow me to open it. Look forward to seeing it.

Hi Abbie, the film works fine thanks. It's really good it must have taken you forever to do. I'll get working on something this weekend and keep you posted.

Hello Abbie

About CHDK - main site is here, which lists the cameras the hack is available for. Essentially Canon cameras released in the last 4 or so years, minus brand new ones & DSLRs. If you own a different make of camera, I'd recommend you try a search for hacks available for it. CHDK just happens to be a quite well organised and comprehensive hack

Here are the scripts you can run with the hack, that go from a basic intervalometer to one that also controls exposure, motion detection, burst modes without having to hold down the button and automatic HDR capture

The instructions on installing it are good, but please get in touch if you need a hand

Hi Abbie hope you are well. I made a start on the music for the house that jack built and then got distracted by job moving. I have become undistracted so I'll send you something soon.

cheers

Hi Abbie,

I've been waiting for a couple of .swf files from Sarah that I can experiment with to see if I can get them to work. I'll have a word with her about these and get back to you. I've had a read through the instructions and I think I'm know what I'm doing with it...

Cheers,

Luke
