Sounds good to me. I know that France 3 TV were there filming but the only thing I can find is about a couple of French bands who were performing on the night.

super glad you like it :-) i re-sent it to him as i thought the png was bit too small, but then the tiff i sent him was missing some of the red border( which is a bit odd!). Let me know if you want me to resend it. I hope everyone else likes it too. So when will it all be going ahead? I guess once the lady has agrreed?
Well i hope it goes ok, keep me updated on the progress.
Thanks

Hiya,
yeah nice to meet you to last Wednesday. Me and Andy have finished the poster. He should be emailing it over to you hopefully. If not give me a shout and i can send it over to you. I hope the rest of the planning is going ok! Let me know if there is anything else that needs doing.

I guess if you've got (or could make) two basic .swf banner files with the dimensions Sarah gave to you then that might help. I'm pretty busy myself at the moment too but if I can get these then I can experiment with them when I get the chance.

There's two parts to it, one is to replace the flat banner image with a flash file and then the other is to display more than one (either in sequence or, more likely, at random). I'm luke@wiredsussex .com if you want to send something over...

Hi Abbie,

I've been waiting for a couple of .swf files from Sarah that I can experiment with to see if I can get them to work. I'll have a word with her about these and get back to you. I've had a read through the instructions and I think I'm know what I'm doing with it...

Cheers,

Luke

Hi Abbie hope you are well. I made a start on the music for the house that jack built and then got distracted by job moving. I have become undistracted so I'll send you something soon.

cheers

Hello Abbie

About CHDK - main site is here, which lists the cameras the hack is available for. Essentially Canon cameras released in the last 4 or so years, minus brand new ones & DSLRs. If you own a different make of camera, I'd recommend you try a search for hacks available for it. CHDK just happens to be a quite well organised and comprehensive hack

Here are the scripts you can run with the hack, that go from a basic intervalometer to one that also controls exposure, motion detection, burst modes without having to hold down the button and automatic HDR capture

The instructions on installing it are good, but please get in touch if you need a hand

Hi Abbie, the film works fine thanks. It's really good it must have taken you forever to do. I'll get working on something this weekend and keep you posted.

Hi Abbie, I've got a yousendit account so people can send me large files. If you go to http://dropbox.yousendit.com/ and then enter my email address (benbrockett@mail.com) you can upload it to me easily. The only problem might be that quicktime doesn't like avi's very much. If you could convert it into another format like MP4 (which would be smaller) , mpeg or .mov then that might help. Don't worry if you can't, send it across anyway and I'm sure I'll be able to find something on the net that will allow me to open it. Look forward to seeing it.

Ben
