A rather painstaking solution would to be to save the file with as a sequence as you work (do a bit - save it with a unique name - then do a bit more and repeat) then bring them together in an animation program.

Recording work on a graphics tablet

I want to simply make a painting on a paintbox programme and record the entire sequence in real time as an animation. What are my options?(I have Corel VideoStudio Pro, but it doesn't seem to allow me to do this.)See More

I've been reading some of the discussions about whether the motion capture techniques used in the Tintin movie are risking the loss of more artistic aspects of animation.

The mass media love publishing froth like this as it helps to make boring, corporate entertainment seem controversial and to obscure the fact that what risks being lost was never there in the first place.

Which isn't surprising as an important market for motion capture technology is the "defence" industry…
